The beneficiaries of Barretstown appear to be everybody who gets connected with it. The caras and staff get as much from the kids as they give. It’s an extraordinary circular experience. It’s not that the children say ‘Thank you for a wonderful time ...’ ... it’s that they say ‘Thank you for changing my life’. |

I was recently at your camp and I had the time of my life. I could not think of a time where I had more fun. I met friends from all over the world and I miss them all.
During my time there I realized that Barretstown is not there to let people have fun but it is there for changing peoples lives. And all I have to say is ‘it was brilliant and it also changed my life’. Camper, aged 15, Scotland | |
