Whether it’s a conference, team building day, company meeting or a treat for your hard working team, Barretstown can deliver the ideal balance of facilities and activities to meet your requirements no matter how big, small or unusual.
Please be aware that Barretstown can only facilitate groups when we do not have children and families on site. The months of May and September are typically very busy for team building visits, as the summer has very limited availability because of our camp schedule. We will do our best to accommodate your group, but the more notice you can give us, the more likely we can secure a date for your team.

How we work together:
To date, over 400 GSK employees have volunteered and experienced first-hand the magic Barretstown brings to children and their families.
GSK frequently use our fantastic facilities for a variety of events, including conferences, team building and team away days.

The volunteer programme has been one of the most successful aspects of the partnership and over 400 employees from GSK have volunteered their time, from participating in team events, through to acting as chaperones and translators on the camping programmes. This in turn, has enriched their personal experience and created a great sense of pride in working for GSK.”

You can arrange your meetings in a unique setting and can choose from the following locations:
*Medieval castle with boardroom and drawing room.
*280 seater theatre with AV equipment.
*Conference hall with AV equipment, 46'' portable screen, sound, data projectors and Wi-Fi.
Individual and shared accommodation options include:
*15 cottages: each with 2 no. twin rooms and 10 bed dormitory room complete with sitting room, bathrooms and shower facilities.
*Modern accommodation to sleep 88 people.
*Historical bedrooms in our Medieval Castle.
All of your catering requirements will be looked after by our caterers.
Barretstown is close to Naas, Co. Kildare, so is only an hour drive from Dublin and Dublin Airport. A shuttle service is available if required. Whatever mix of facilities and activities you need, no matter how big or small, we can help.
