The enterprising Enterprise Rent-A-Car team based in the airport recently raised €1200 for Barretstown by cycling 400 miles without moving an inch! In total 11 people took part in the challenge which took 12 hours to complete.
George O’ Connor, Managing Director of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Ireland, said:
“I was delighted to be part of this charity event and I want to especially thank our management trainees who organised this charity cycle. Having my own children, I was particularly delighted that they chose Barretstown as the charity that would benefit. I also wanted to participate myself, to help the team raise money to bring more families and children affected by serious illness to Barretstown.”
