Seán's Story

Seán was just 2-years-old when he was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma, which presented in a tumour in his brain. After arduous treatment and surgery, in Ireland and Germany, Seán was given the all clear in Spring 2021. But the journey had taken a massive toll on Seán, his sister Muireann, and parents, Mebh & JP. The Richards deserved something that would bring joy back into their lives after so much hardship. This is where Barretstown enters the picture

What is a Magic Maker?

Magic Makers are special group supporters of Barretstown that go above and beyond when it comes to helping to fund the Therapeutic Programmes of Barretstown.
