We have medical criteria in place and if a camper meets the criteria they are eligible to attend Barretstown.

The illness groups we serve are:

- Childhood Cancer
- Haematology related disease
- Immunodeficiency related disease

We also serve the following illness groups (Ireland only):

- Nephrology
- Rheumatology
- Dermatology
- Gastroenterology
- Neurology
- Endocrinology

Irish and UK campers can apply directly to Barretstown.

To apply to come to camp please print the form below. All forms are valid for 1 year from date of sign off.

All forms for the patient child must come from their referring hospital and be signed by their consultant or nurse specialist.

To apply to come to Family or Summer camp please print off the form below. Once completed and signed off by the consultant please send back to Barretstown
