Postage

Postage is charged according to the weight of the package at An Post’s rates, so you only pay for what you order. Your postage is calculated at check out.

Normal delivery is not traceable and we cannot accept responsibility once the package leaves our care. If you would like a traceable service we recommend the courier service which is secure and traceable.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 7 working days. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to let you know the approximate delivery time.

Postage Costs

Returns

Customers are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period during which time they can return any unworn, unwashed and undamaged item for a full refund (not including postage and packaging).

Customers are required to cover the postage costs to send the items back to us. We will refund your card once we have received and checked the item, minus the postage costs.

Exchanges

We want to be sure you are happy with your order, so we will exchange any unworn, unwashed and undamaged item, returned with all packaging, within 14 days of order.

Customers are required to cover the postage costs to send the items back to us, we will then exchange it for your preferred item and post it back to you.
