How we work together
Since 1997, Hasbro has supported Barretstown in many ways from helping to fund an extension to our Hospital Outreach Programme to funding a Camper Scholarship over 5 years. Hasbro have also matched staff fundraising efforts and continue to supply games for camp and for many of our events.
Over the last few years, Hasbro staff have been helping create magic at Barretstown at their designated volunteer day in August. Fifteen staff come laden with over 300 toys and create a memorable workshop as part of a Special Day at camp.
Campers ranging from 7-14 are invited to play a whole range of Hasbro games and go home at the end of camp with two games to each camper. The staff leave invigorated and inspired to continue their volunteering efforts.

Hasbro Inc. is an American multinational toy and board game company. Hasbro Ireland is the European manufacturing plant for the Hasbro Corporation and was established in Waterford in 1977 and employs approximately 400 people. Hasbro Ireland have been proud supporters of Barretstown since 1997.
