On Sunday 9th June 2019 there was 16 teams representing 4 counties including, Carlow, Westmeath, Wexford and Wicklow attended Tinahely Gaa pitch in Wicklow to remember a great person and take part in The Ellen Kinch Memorial Cup!
It consisted of each team playing a mininum of three 7 aside games! There was great skill on show throughout the day from all who took part. Laughter and fun was had even throughout the few showers of rain that came down!! There was face painting and guessing games on the day also! The Blitz raised a whopping €5,329.55 for Barretstown. The generosity and kindness of everyone was exceptional and the hard work of volunteers made this happen!
Tinahely were eventual winners over Arklow in a great final!
